Empathy

I feel very sorry for Ginger Warrior. Our Boss had been contacted by phone by very worried Dr. No and Mr A. She, in turn, selects Ginger Warrior for quite nasty abuse. She pores scorn on his boldness and puts it down to his “obvious lack of previous Senior Management experience. She also accuses him of banding around the term “gross incompetence”, but these were in fact my words in an email to Admin and cced to all Senior Managers, and to Ato S too. These are transmitted via a series of emails throughout the day, and he kindly forwards me a few choice 1s as the day progresses. Her words are belittling, clearly preying on him, and maybe, as Ms J suggests, she knows she isn’t in a position to try and “tackle” me.

Despite the barrage of lethargy surrounding me, i am prepared to commit two years of my life for the betterment of education to my lovely students, and i really don’t wanna be dismissed from my job.
