More Trouble at Mill

Boss’  pleasantness is very short lived.

She inquires on the make-up of my school’s Health and Safety Committee. I tell her that the PTA had nominated to parents to work on the campus and she goes ballistic at me. “The problem is you don’t listen Mountain” she shrills at me, I asked you back in February and you still haven’t done anything”. I ask her when and where exactly she made this request and she claims it was at SMT meetings (disbanded in March).  “I remember telling you and GW in Ato S’s office”.

I inform her she is the one who has done nothing. The Directors had already requested a response to the H & S external auditor’s damning report from Boss, Sly Giraffe (Deputy General Manager), and School Founder Ato S, and none of us had received nada.

I pull the SMT minutes folder out and i go through it all in front of her.. Unsurprisingly Boss’ request for a Health and Safety committee is not there, but the Directors request to her for a Health & Safety response is there in black and white.

“I do listen Boss. And you are delusional”. And i escort her stonily out of my office.

I call Ginger Warrior straight afterwards just to check i am not going bonkers, who verifies that yet again Boss is completely crackers. And, i suspect clinically bipolar. She is completely impossible.
