Dear Boss
As discussed in
SMT back in October and November there were clear discrepancies from the
contracts and the pre-contracts – issues over medical cover, flights,
appraisals etc. which I was told would be ironed out BY THE SCHOOL. I have been
awaiting the school to bring me a workable contract, but it remains unresolved.
I
think this is an issue for the school to put right.
I am unclear why
this matter has become an issue now. I have been paid for the last 8 months for
work completed. Is it legal for you now to withhold my salary? I will be
seeking legal advice on this matter. I
do feel I should have been informed of non-payment for the month of April as a
common courtesy at the start of the month.
I am a
consummate professional and I have no intention of putting “the stability of the
school in jeopardy”. I am prepared to
continue in the role of Primary Head to the end of the academic year, providing
I am paid up to the end of July 2013.
If this is not
acceptable to you, please let me know as soon as possible, so I can make
alternative arrangements.
