Not so long ago i wrote about a loving young student who came into my office at Snack Time to give me a hug and kisses.
This is Ma's favourite posting on ATCA. She bemoans my use of swear words. Sorry Ma but they are just words, and often quality adjectives. I also need an outlet for my pent-up frustrations.

Well she has started what has become a new
trend.
Come 9.50 every week-day morning, i now have
a steady stream of Kindergarten, Upper KG and Grade One students (4 – 7 year olds) that come
into my office with their lunch boxes. They put their lunch boxes down and stretch up their arms to me for a hug, kisses or both, before going
out to play. It remains mainly girls, but with an increasing number of boys
too.
It’s a complete favourite time of day for
me, and makes all the pain and anguish worthwhile indeed. Completely priceless!
Postscript: Of course if i was back in London i would be labelled a paedophile and arrested on the spot for such an occurrence. It's not just Addis that is strange and bizarre.
